Packaging Design
The brief: Create a packaging design for an object that responds to the concept of “REPAIR”
Using an unsolved puzzle as the subject matter, the challenge was to reimagine how form and function could work together and innovate a meaningful packaging solution. “Fragmented Whole” explores the concept of time and connection involved in repairing a puzzle through a nostalgic and dreamy personality that honours the interlocking curves and closures of the piece, and in itself becoming a puzzle to be immersed in. It’s pattern and design draws attention to the chaos and challenge of scattered pieces in order to invite the audience into the process of solving it and making it whole.
